Our scheduling is designed to allow the proper amount of time needed to complete your treatment. We request that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to unwind before your treatment and fill out any necessary paperwork.
Regretfully, a late arrival will decrease the length of your treatment. To avoid delaying the next guest, your service will end at the time originally scheduled.
When scheduling your appointment, please have your Mastercard or Visa available to hold your reservation. If you must cancel your service, please call 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Unexpected cancellations will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
To maintain our tranquil environment, the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 16 are allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services.
Cellular phones and pagers are to be turned off before entering the spa.
Any money left over on gift certificates can be applied towards product purchases or gratuity.
Gratuity is not included with the price of the services. It is, however, appreciated.
Sanitation is of utmost importance to us. Please ask us about our procedures.
